I need to convert a video file to vcd complement . does anyone know any freeware that i can download ?

Hi, I’d like to combine my photos into a slideshow with music, and have the speed of the slideshow depend on the music. Zoom and scroll effects would also be nice (kinda like my Nokia N82 slideshows). Also would be nice if it’s freeware. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Looking for a simple (if one exists) freeware program to convert my old Divx files to dvd format to burn them.
