i want to save some flash files from the internet, i know we can get them from temporary internet files. But all the files are in simple file format, there is no option for opening it. plz…….help this, and also plz tell me whether those flash files work in ms powerpoint

I had a problem of my computer crashing once I logged in. I rebooted the machine and pressed F10 to access Compaq’s system recovery. I ran the recovery and the pc loaded as it did on the day of purchase. My desktop remained unchanged but my personal data files have gone.
